Zons come off the break well with 2 wins

The Amazon’s add another set of W’s to their record after two games this weekend, one at home verses Palmer In D2 play and another for the WPL on the road at DC vs the Furies. A lot of hard work over the week definitely saw improvements in areas of focus over the weekend for both teams, but there is little satisfaction beyond keeping a winning record. Both the WPL and D2 know larger strides will be necessary to continue being successful for the rest of the season and in playoffs/nationals. The Zons would like to thank everyone for their continued support and look forward to seeing lots of faces at both the D2 game this Saturday at 10am at Columbia Park pitch and Sunday at 10am at the Lexington-Diffley fields.
